SINGAPORE — BIGBANG fans are getting a second chance.
K-pop icons G-Dragon, Taeyang and Daesung are adding another Singapore concert to their highly anticipated BIGBANG 2026–2027 WORLD TOUR <XX: COSMOS>, following overwhelming demand for the group’s first show.
The trio will now take the stage at Singapore’s National Stadium on Oct. 17 and Oct. 18, 2026, giving fans two consecutive nights to witness BIGBANG’s long-awaited return to the city.
The additional date comes after tickets for the original Oct. 17 concert sold out within just two hours of general sales opening on Aug. 13.
Demand was already enormous before general sales began. During the first-day presale on Aug. 11, the virtual queue reportedly climbed beyond 500,000, underscoring the huge anticipation surrounding BIGBANG’s return.
Second Singapore show confirmed
The newly added concert will take place on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2026, at the National Stadium.
For fans who missed out on the first round, the second show could be the opportunity they have been waiting for — but the next ticket rush is expected to be intense.
A VIP membership presale for the additional Singapore concert is scheduled for Sept. 1 from 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.
The presale is restricted to fans with an active BIGBANG membership purchased through the B.stage platform who also completed the required survey registration for the first Singapore show.
General ticket sales will follow on Sept. 3 at 4 p.m., with tickets available through Ticketmaster.
Ticket prices for the Singapore concerts range from S$158 to S$498.
Fans will be limited to two tickets per code per account per event during the presale, while general sales will allow a maximum of four tickets per account per event, including tickets already purchased during the presale.
A decade after BIGBANG’s last Singapore appearance
The concerts carry added significance because BIGBANG’s upcoming Singapore performances mark the group’s first performance in the country in about a decade.
Their last Singapore appearance was in 2016, during the group’s MADE VIP fan meeting tour.
The 2026 comeback is also part of BIGBANG’s 20th-anniversary celebrations.
YG Entertainment announced earlier this year that the group’s world tour would feature the three remaining active members — G-Dragon, Taeyang and Daesung — as they mark two decades since BIGBANG’s debut.
The official tour schedule lists Singapore as one of the major stadium stops on the global tour.
BIGBANG’s biggest comeback in years
The XX: COSMOS tour represents BIGBANG’s first major world tour as a trio in years and comes after a lengthy period in which the members focused on individual projects.
The tour officially kicked off with a three-night run at Goyang Stadium in South Korea from Aug. 21 to Aug. 23, 2026, before moving on to international stadium dates.
Singapore is part of the group’s wider Asia-Pacific run, with other scheduled stops including Taipei, Hanoi, Sydney and Bangkok, among other cities.
For Singapore VIPs, however, the immediate question is much simpler:
Can they secure a ticket before the second show disappears too?
After hundreds of thousands of fans were caught in the virtual queue for the first concert and the initial date sold out within hours, the Sept. 1 presale and Sept. 3 general sale could become another major ticket battle.
For fans who missed the first opportunity, Oct. 18 may be their last shot at seeing BIGBANG live in Singapore during this tour.
