Singapore digital bank GXS Bank has launched its GXS Credit Card, offering unlimited cashback on eligible spending and additional rewards for customers who frequently use Grab and Singtel services.
The card was officially launched in August 2026 in partnership with Visa, Grab and Singtel. It offers 1.75 per cent cashback on eligible everyday spending, with no monthly cashback cap. Customers need to spend at least S$500 on eligible non-Grab transactions during a billing cycle to qualify for the base cashback.
Grab users can earn rewards of up to 10 per cent in GrabCoins on eligible Grab transactions, including rides, food delivery, groceries and other services. The base rate is 3 per cent, rising to 5 per cent or 10 per cent when customers meet the required spending thresholds outside Grab. Overseas Grab transactions earn 10 per cent in GrabCoins without a minimum spending requirement.
Singtel customers can also receive 1.75 per cent cashback on eligible Singtel bills without having to meet the S$500 minimum spending requirement that applies to general everyday purchases. There is also no monthly cashback cap for eligible Singtel spending.
Another feature is the card’s zero foreign-exchange fee for overseas spending. GXS says customers can manage their card, track purchases and monitor rewards through the GXS Bank app.
The card carries an annual fee of S$196.20, including GST, although the first year is free for customers whose applications are approved by Dec. 31, 2026. Applicants must generally be aged between 21 and 65, with a minimum annual income of S$30,000 for Singapore citizens and permanent residents. Eligible foreign applicants must hold certain valid Singapore employment passes and meet a S$120,000 annual income requirement.
GXS is also offering a limited-time promotion for new cardholders. Customers who sign up by Oct. 31 can receive up to S$108 in savings on eligible Grab rides, GrabFood and GrabMart orders, subject to the promotion’s terms and available redemptions.
The launch comes as Singapore’s digital banks expand beyond savings and lending products and increasingly compete for customers’ everyday spending through cashback, rewards and partnerships with established consumer platforms.
GXS says the card is designed to make everyday spending more rewarding, particularly for customers who regularly use Grab and Singtel services, while giving cardholders a single platform for managing spending and rewards.
