Former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo has welcomed her second child with husband Christian McCaffrey, sharing the happy news with fans alongside photographs of their growing family.
The 34-year-old model and the San Francisco 49ers running back announced the arrival of their baby boy in a joint Instagram post on Saturday, Oct 10.
The couple named their son Roman Augustus McCaffrey, revealing that he was born on Sept 29.
Culpo shared a series of photographs capturing intimate moments from the hospital, including pictures of the newborn with both parents and their first child, daughter Colette, who is now 14 months old.
The announcement quickly drew attention from fans celebrating the couple’s latest family milestone.

Why Culpo planned a second C-section
During her pregnancy, Culpo discussed her plans to undergo a Caesarean section for the birth of her second child.
In a TikTok video shared in July, she explained that she had delivered Colette by C-section the previous year and that a vaginal birth after Caesarean, commonly known as VBAC, was not an option for her.
Culpo also explained that she planned the procedure around McCaffrey’s demanding American football schedule so he could attend the birth.
She said the delivery was scheduled for a day when her husband had a slightly lighter schedule, allowing him to be present before returning to his professional commitments.
The arrangement reflected the challenges of balancing a newborn’s arrival with the demands of an NFL season.
Culpo opens up about pregnancy and motherhood
Culpo has also spoken candidly about the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy.
