SEOUL — K-pop boy group RIIZE is already looking ahead to 2027, announcing plans to release its second full-length album in spring next year as the group prepares for another major chapter in its career.
The announcement was revealed during RIIZE’s third-anniversary fan meeting, “Ch. RIIZE : ON AIR,” held at INSPIRE Arena in Incheon on September 12 and 13.
According to SM Entertainment, RIIZE will first return with a new digital single on October 26, 2026, before following it with its second studio album in spring 2027. The announcement gives fans two major releases to anticipate within the coming months.
RIIZE prepares for another full-album era
The upcoming 2027 release will be RIIZE’s second full-length album, following their first studio album, ODYSSEY, which was released in May 2025.
ODYSSEY marked an important milestone for the group and continued RIIZE’s rapid rise since its debut in 2023. The group has built its identity around its self-described “Emotional Pop” sound while expanding into different musical styles.
The group subsequently released its second mini album, II, in June 2026. The six-track EP featured the title track “Do Your Dance” alongside “SOAR,” “D-D-Done,” “Overdrive,” “Like a Bomb” and “In a Loop.”
October comeback comes first
Before fans get the second studio album, RIIZE will make another comeback this fall.
The group is scheduled to release a digital single on October 26, 2026. Details such as the song’s title and concept are expected to be unveiled separately.
The October release will extend an already busy year for the six-member group, which has continued releasing music and performing internationally.
A major milestone after three years
RIIZE debuted in September 2023 with “Get A Guitar” and quickly established itself as one of the prominent newer-generation K-pop boy groups.
The members — Shotaro, Eunseok, Sungchan, Wonbin, Sohee and Anton — have since released songs including “Love 119” and “Boom Boom Bass,” while expanding their international activities through concerts and major music events.
Their third-anniversary fan meeting in Incheon also underscored the group’s growing fan base. The two-day event reportedly attracted more than 23,000 attendees, with all seats sold out.
BRIIZE now has two dates to watch
For RIIZE fans, the roadmap is becoming clear: October 26, 2026 will bring the group’s next digital single, while spring 2027 is set for the much bigger second full-length album.
The exact release date, tracklist and concept for the 2027 album have not yet been announced.
With RIIZE entering another full-album era, anticipation is already building over how the group will evolve its sound — and whether its next release can push its growing global momentum even further.
One thing is certain: RIIZE’s next chapter is already taking shape, and BRIIZE won’t have to wait until 2027 to hear what’s coming.
