BANGKOK — European digital services company Var Group is expanding its cybersecurity footprint across Asia-Pacific after establishing Yarix APAC, a Bangkok-based joint venture designed to strengthen 24/7 cyber defence, incident response and managed security services across the region.
The move positions Bangkok as a strategic hub in Var Group’s international cybersecurity network at a time when businesses across Thailand and Asia-Pacific are facing increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. Yarix APAC is headquartered in Bangkok and was formed through a joint venture between Thai technology company CV Ventures and Yarix, Var Group’s cybersecurity centre of expertise.
CV Ventures holds a 51% stake, while Yarix holds the remaining 49%.
