South Korean actress Park Shin-hye has welcomed her second child, a baby girl, with actor husband Choi Tae-joon, marking a new chapter for the couple as they become parents of two.
Park’s agency confirmed on Sept. 22 that the actress gave birth to a healthy daughter that day. Both mother and baby are reportedly in good health, with Park now resting and recovering while spending time with her family.
The birth comes about four years after Park and Choi welcomed their first child, a son, in May 2022. The couple married in January that year after dating for more than four years.
Park’s second pregnancy was announced in April, when her agency confirmed that she was expecting another child and was due to give birth in autumn 2026.
The actress has continued working in the entertainment industry while balancing her family life. Following the birth of her first child, she returned to television and starred in several major productions, including Doctor Slump, The Judge from Hell and Undercover Miss Hong.
Choi Tae-joon is also an established actor, known for dramas including Suspicious Partner, So I Married the Anti-Fan and Iron Family.
With the arrival of their daughter, Park Shin-hye and Choi Tae-joon are now a family of four, with their newborn daughter joining their young son.
