NEXTASIA Land Expands Home Financing Options Across Southern Luzon

NEXTASIA Land, Inc. is widening financing options for homebuyers in Southern Luzon through new partnerships with Land Bank of the Philippines and Chinabank Savings, giving qualified buyers additional avenues for long-term housing loans.

The boutique developer said the new bank accreditations cover its residential developments across the Cavite-Laguna-Batangas-Rizal-Quezon region, including NEXTASIA Florence in Lipa, Batangas, and NEXTASIA Estonia in Calamba, Laguna. 

The company is targeting about ₱500 million in LandBank housing loan take-outs by 2026. The financing arrangements are intended to help qualified buyers transition to longer-term bank financing as they purchase homes within NEXTASIA Land communities.

The move comes as the developer continues to position affordability not only around the selling price of a property but also around the financing options available to prospective homeowners. Its current financing network includes several major banks, alongside Pag-IBIG financing, giving buyers different ways to structure their home purchases. 

The financing expansion also supports the company’s broader growth plans in Southern Luzon, where it is developing residential communities in areas benefiting from expanding economic activity and improving connectivity.

NEXTASIA Land recently secured a ₱982.815-million development loan facility from BPI to support the construction of its Estonia community in Calamba and Florence community in Lipa. The two projects have a combined development cost of about ₱1.94 billion and are expected to deliver roughly 1,425 housing units. 

That development financing followed a ₱300-million unsecured corporate note issuance arranged by BPI Capital. Together, the two transactions provided the company with more than ₱1.28 billion in committed institutional and development financing.

For homebuyers, wider bank participation can provide additional choices when securing financing, particularly for those looking to move from initial purchase commitments into longer-term mortgage arrangements.

The company’s expansion of financing partnerships comes as demand for attainable housing continues to drive residential development outside Metro Manila. Southern Luzon remains a major growth corridor, with areas in Laguna and Batangas attracting residents seeking homes closer to employment centers while also looking for more space and community-oriented developments.

By strengthening its network of lending partners, NEXTASIA Land is seeking to make its residential projects more accessible to qualified buyers while continuing to expand its housing pipeline across the region. 
