SINGAPORE — Singapore shoppers have a new incentive to stock up on everyday essentials, with FairPrice offering a $4 return voucher for every $50 nett spent in a single transaction from Sept. 17 through Sept. 27, 2026.
The promotion covers participating FairPrice outlets and gives shoppers another opportunity to reduce the cost of future grocery runs.
How the $4 Voucher Promotion Works
Under the promotion, shoppers receive one $4 FairPrice Return Voucher for every $50 nett spent in a single transaction.
That means:
- $50 nett spend → $4 voucher
- $100 nett spend → $8 in vouchers
- $150 nett spend → $12 in vouchers
- $200 nett spend → $16 in vouchers
However, there is a maximum of four $4 Return Vouchers per transaction, meaning the maximum return is $16 for a single qualifying purchase.
The promotion runs from Sept. 17 to Sept. 27.
Which FairPrice Stores Are Included?
The offer applies to purchases at FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra and Unity stores, according to FairPrice Group.
Importantly, the qualifying amount is based on nett spending in a single transaction, so shoppers should check the promotion’s terms when calculating whether their purchase reaches the $50 threshold.
When Can Shoppers Use the Voucher?
The return voucher is not an immediate cash rebate.
Instead, it can be used at FairPrice supermarkets from the day after it is issued until Oct. 14, 2026, with no minimum spend requirement for redemption.
That gives shoppers additional time to use the voucher after the Sept. 17–27 earning period ends.
FairPrice’s Fifth Return-Voucher Round of 2026
The latest promotion marks the fifth round of FairPrice Return Vouchers in 2026.
FairPrice Group said the initiative forms part of its broader efforts to help customers manage everyday spending.
The retailer has introduced several other savings measures this year, including enhanced discounts for eligible CHAS Blue and Orange cardholders, a price freeze covering more than 500 daily essentials, a special $6 Return Voucher linked to Singapore’s SG61 celebrations, and its 12-week BestSellers for Less campaign.
Why the Promotion Could Matter to Grocery Shoppers
For households already planning a grocery trip, the promotion effectively shifts part of the benefit into a future purchase.
The biggest practical difference is that the $4 is returned as a voucher rather than deducted immediately from the qualifying transaction.
For example, a shopper who spends $100 nett in one qualifying transaction could receive $8 in Return Vouchers, subject to the promotion’s terms and four-voucher transaction cap.
The vouchers can then be used on a later FairPrice supermarket purchase before the Oct. 14 expiry date.
What Shoppers Should Remember
The most important dates are:
Sept. 17–27, 2026: Qualifying spending period
$50 nett: Minimum spend threshold for each $4 Return Voucher
Four vouchers: Maximum per transaction
Oct. 14, 2026: Last day to use the Return Vouchers
The promotion therefore rewards shoppers who can meet the qualifying thresholds during the promotional period and subsequently use the vouchers before they expire.
FACT-CHECK / EDITORIAL NOTE
Confirmed: FairPrice is offering a $4 Return Voucher for every $50 nett spent in a single transaction from Sept. 17 to Sept. 27, 2026.
Important: This is a voucher earned for a future purchase, not an instant $4 reduction from the qualifying bill.
The maximum is four Return Vouchers per transaction, equivalent to $16 in vouchers. Vouchers can be used at FairPrice supermarkets from the day after issuance through Oct. 14, 2026, with no minimum spend for redemption.
