Beauty Gonzalez Can’t Stop Looking at Daughter Olivia’s First Official Photoshoot—But This Isn’t Her First Time in Front of a Professional Camera

MANILA, Philippines — Beauty Gonzalez has spent years commanding cameras herself, but this time, the Kapuso actress happily stepped into the role of proudest fan as her only daughter, Olivia Ines Crisologo, unveiled photos from what Beauty described as the youngster’s first official photoshoot.

The images immediately caught attention for Olivia’s simple but striking look: a white tank top, windswept hair and a clean, understated portrait style that put the focus squarely on her face.

Beauty’s reaction was pure stage-mom energy.

Posting the photographs on Instagram, the actress declared herself Olivia’s “biggest fan” and admitted she could hardly stop looking at her daughter’s new portraits.

But the photoshoot carries an extra layer of interest for longtime followers of the mother-and-daughter pair.

Olivia Is No Stranger to the Camera

Although this is being celebrated as Olivia’s first official photoshoot, the 10-year-old has already experienced working in front of professional cameras.

Olivia, Beauty’s only child with husband and art curator Norman Crisologo, made her acting debut in the film Paquil, portraying the younger version of her mother’s character.

What was initially expected to be a simple cameo became considerably more demanding. Beauty previously revealed that Olivia unexpectedly had to deliver Tagalog dialogue and perform an emotional crying scene.

Beauty later said she was impressed by how naturally her daughter adapted to the set, noting that Olivia appeared to have absorbed some of the craft simply from accompanying her mother to tapings over the years. The young performer reportedly completed one of her scenes in a single take.

The Philippine Star also reported that when Olivia was asked how she managed her crying scene, the youngster gave a remarkably simple explanation: she just cried, without needing further practice.

But Is Olivia Actually Heading Into Showbiz?

That is where the story becomes more interesting.

Despite Olivia’s early ease in front of the camera, both mother and daughter have previously suggested that a full-time entertainment career is not yet the priority.

Beauty said in 2024 that she was not ready for Olivia to become an actress full-time and wanted her daughter to return to school after experiencing filming Paquil.

When the movie was released in February 2025, Olivia herself was asked about becoming a young actress. Her answer pointed in a different direction: she wanted to finish school first.

Beauty supported that decision, saying she was happy Olivia had been given the chance to experience acting and discover for herself what she might eventually want to pursue. She left the door open to showbiz later in life rather than pushing her daughter into it immediately.

That approach was consistent with Beauty’s earlier comments about Olivia. As far back as 2022, she said she would not personally push her daughter into entertainment, although she was open to opportunities if producers or advertisers approached Olivia themselves. Olivia had already appeared in some commercials by that point.

From Child Cameo to Fashion-Ready Portraits

The newest photographs therefore do not necessarily signal an immediate showbiz launch.

Still, they offer fans another glimpse at Olivia’s increasing comfort in front of the camera—and understandably left her famous mother impressed.

Over the years, Beauty has regularly shared parts of Olivia’s childhood and their mother-daughter relationship on social media. GMA noted that her posts have ranged from everyday activities such as Olivia washing clothes to playful moments involving makeup.

Now, a polished professional shoot marks another milestone.

Whether Olivia eventually follows Beauty into acting, explores modeling, or chooses a completely different path remains unclear.

For now, however, one thing is unmistakable: Beauty Gonzalez may be the veteran actress in the family, but when Olivia steps in front of the camera, Mom is more than happy to become the fangirl.
