Equestrian athlete Chalermcharn Yotviriyapanit and volleyball star Thatdao Nuekjang have been selected to carry Thailand’s national flag during the opening ceremony of the upcoming sporting event in Aichi.
The two athletes were chosen to represent the Thai delegation, bringing together competitors from different sports as the country prepares to take part in the international competition.
Thatdao is one of Thailand’s most experienced volleyball players and has represented the national team in major international tournaments. Her leadership and long career have made her a familiar figure among Thai sports fans.
Chalermcharn will represent Thailand in equestrian competition and will join Thatdao in leading the country’s delegation during the opening ceremony.
