Kelly Osbourne has opened up about her final conversation with her father, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, shortly before his death in July.

Speaking about the loss, Kelly said her father remained an important source of support in her life and that their final interaction was deeply emotional.

Ozzy Osbourne died on July 22 at the age of 76, surrounded by his family. His death came only weeks after he performed his final concert in Birmingham, England, alongside members of Black Sabbath.

Kelly recalled that her father told her he loved her during their final conversation. She said the moment has stayed with her as she continues to deal with the loss.

The television personality has previously spoken publicly about the difficulty of losing her father, describing the period following his death as one of the hardest experiences she has faced.

Ozzy’s family announced his death in a statement at the time, saying he was with his family and asking for privacy while they mourned.

The musician had faced a number of health problems in his later years, including complications following a serious spinal injury. Despite those challenges, he continued to perform and remained active in music until shortly before his death.

His final Black Sabbath performance, titled “Back to the Beginning”, took place in Birmingham on July 5. The event brought together the band’s original members for a farewell performance and featured appearances by several major rock acts.

Kelly has continued to remember her father publicly since his death, sharing memories of their family life and his influence on her.
