TXT Sets November Comeback With 9th Mini Album ‘PERFECT STORM’ as New World Tour Nears

SEOUL — K-pop boy group TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) is officially gearing up for another major comeback, with BigHit Music announcing that the five-member act will release its ninth mini album, “PERFECT STORM,” on November 16, 2026.

The announcement comes after TXT surprised fans with a comeback spoiler during a Weverse livestream on September 27. The teaser featured the message suggesting that “something different” was needed, immediately sparking speculation about what the group had planned next. The album title and release date were confirmed the following day.

TXT Returns Seven Months After ‘7TH YEAR’

“PERFECT STORM” will arrive roughly seven months after TXT’s eighth mini album, “7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns,” which was released in April.

The new project will contain six tracks, although BigHit Music has not yet announced the title track or complete track details. Additional information is expected to be released through the group’s official channels.

The new album also continues an evolving sequence of imagery surrounding TXT’s recent releases. Their eighth mini album incorporated the idea of wind, while the upcoming project introduces the much stronger image of a “PERFECT STORM.”

Comeback Meets a New World Tour

TXT’s November schedule will be particularly packed.

Before the album arrives, Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Hueningkai will launch their fifth world tour, “STEAL THE WIND,” with three concerts at Seoul’s KSPO DOME from November 13 to 15. BigHit Music has announced additional tour stops across Asia, North America and Europe.

That means fans attending the Seoul shows will see TXT begin its new tour just days before the release of “PERFECT STORM.”

The official Seoul concert announcement lists the shows for November 13, 14 and 15, with both in-person and online viewing options planned. Ticket presale and general reservation dates have also been announced by BigHit Music.

A New Chapter for TXT

The comeback follows an important period for the group. Earlier this year, TXT released “7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns,” its first release following the members’ contract renewal with BigHit Music.

In an April interview with The Korea Times, the members described the album as part of a new phase for the group, moving toward more personal emotional themes while retaining elements of TXT’s established musical identity.

Now, with “PERFECT STORM,” TXT is preparing to enter another chapter — one that will unfold simultaneously through a new six-track release and an international tour.

For MOAs, the countdown has officially begun. November 16 will reveal what TXT’s “PERFECT STORM” sounds like — and the first clues are already arriving through the group’s teasers and upcoming tour.
