RLC Residences Tops Off Third Woodsville Crest Tower as Parañaque Project Moves Forward

RLC Residences has completed a major construction milestone at its Woodsville Crest development in Parañaque, topping off the project’s third residential tower as the developer continues work on the eight-building community.

The Olive Building reached the topping-off stage on Sept. 2, marking the completion of its structural work and another step toward the development’s eventual completion. Woodsville Crest is a 3.26-hectare mid-rise residential project in Merville, Parañaque.

The project is planned as an eight-building community designed around landscaped open spaces and residential amenities. Its location provides access to West Service Road, Edison Avenue and the South Luzon Expressway, while also placing the development close to Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

The airport connection is an important part of the project’s positioning. The development is being marketed toward residents who work in the aviation and airport sectors, as well as balikbayans and Filipinos living overseas who want a Metro Manila home close to the country’s main international gateway.

Woodsville Crest is also positioned within reach of several major employment and commercial centers in southern Metro Manila. Its location provides connections toward Makati and Bonifacio Global City while retaining access to residential communities and transport routes in the Parañaque area.

The project incorporates a range of open and recreational spaces, including a swimming pool, picnic grove, wellness trail, children’s play areas and landscaped areas. Pet-friendly spaces and commercial facilities are also part of the planned community.

Residential units are offered in several configurations, including studios, one-bedroom units and two-bedroom units. RLC Residences is also incorporating smart-home features such as smart locks, smart lighting and audio-video intercom systems into the development.

Sustainability and mobility features form another part of the project’s design. Woodsville Crest includes electric-vehicle charging stations, bicycle parking and a rainwater-harvesting system, reflecting the growing use of environmental and mobility features in newer residential developments.

The developer’s website currently lists three towers at Woodsville Crest in pre-selling, with advertised prices ranging from about ₱5.3 million to ₱18.6 million. The available configurations include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.

The topping-off of Olive Building does not mean the tower is ready for occupancy. Structural completion is followed by interior works, installation of building systems, finishing, testing and other stages before a residential tower can be completed and turned over. The developer has not disclosed a specific completion or turnover date for the Olive Building.

The milestone comes as residential developers continue expanding projects across Metro Manila and surrounding areas, with buyers increasingly weighing location, accessibility, amenities and the progress of actual construction when considering new developments.

For RLC Residences, Woodsville Crest adds to a broader pipeline of residential projects at different stages of construction. The company is also developing MIRA, a four-tower residential project in Quezon City, where the first two towers are targeted for completion in 2031.

Woodsville Crest’s progress therefore provides a clearer picture of how the Parañaque development is taking shape, with three structures now reaching key construction stages and additional buildings still to come.

As construction moves beyond the topping-off milestone, attention will shift toward the completion of the Olive Building and the succeeding towers — while the project’s location near NAIA, major roads and southern Metro Manila business districts remains central to its appeal. 
